How It Works
From first contact to active recovery
When you contact us, a dedicated consultant takes on your case and gets to work — investigating what happened and pursuing every realistic route to recovery.
Tell us what happened
You describe your situation using our case form: who you believe you lost money to, roughly how much, and what happened, in your own words. You do not need to have every detail sorted before you start.
We gather the evidence
We ask for the details that strengthen your case: transaction records, dates, correspondence with the person or platform, screenshots, and any documents or account statements you have. If you are not sure what is useful, our evidence guide explains this in more detail — but a first enquiry without full documentation is still a valid starting point.
A consultant is assigned to you
A dedicated recovery consultant takes ownership of your case: how contact was made, how payments moved, and what type of scam or fraud is involved. They become your single point of contact and will follow up directly if anything needs clarifying.
We get to work
Your consultant actively pursues every realistic route to recovery on your behalf. We keep you informed at every stage, and we are direct with you throughout — including in the rare cases where we believe there is little realistic prospect of recovery.
What to expect from communication
Your consultant is your single point of contact, and we communicate clearly and directly throughout. If we need more information from you, we will explain specifically what and why — and we will always tell you where things stand.
